YWCA Madison is seeking candidates for two Housing First Case Manager - Permanent Supportive Housing positions.
The Housing First Case Manager is a member of the YWCA Housing Department and is responsible for providing on-site, direct services to families residing in the Tree Lane Apartments. Service is provided in the areas of maintaining housing, case planning, referrals, advocacy, and practical assistance. The Housing First Case Manager will maintain an active caseload of participants residing in the Tree Lane Apartments. The Housing First Case Manager will provide culturally inclusive, trauma informed services and will incorporate best practice techniques into the program.
The anticipated start date for these positions will be in June.
This is a full-time (36 hours per week), salaried position. We offer an excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Housing related initiatives whose career has included experience in most or all of the following areas: case management, domestic violence, working with low-income populations, those experiencing or are at risk of homelessness, collaboration with community partners/resources, and advocacy. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
